Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes Him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.
John 5:24
OUR MISSION
Our aim is to develop leaders spiritually and practically through athletics to go out in their communities and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ and build His Kingdom.
“TOWARDS NO MORE UNREACHED”
OUR VISION
Crossover Global Ministries exists to spread the Gospel to unreached people groups by using athletics and the 4 C’s as a platform to develop leaders and point people to Jesus Christ.
THE 4 C’s
COMMUNICATION
PRACTICAL
Effective communication promotes team-work and problem solving. Communication skills learned on the court or field will translate to the rest of an athlete’s life.
SPIRITUAL
Communicating the Gospel is our goal as a follower of Jesus Christ. We need to make sure we can clearly speak of who Jesus is, and what He has done for us.
(Matthew 28:18–20)
CHARACTER
PRACTICAL
One of the first things people see in you is your character. All the talent and skill in the world will not outweigh someone’s character. Character is crucial in the public eye and is defined by how you act.
SPIRITUAL
The world sees our character first before they see that we love Jesus. We must live above the world’s expectations, and the lost will draw closer.
(John 13:34–35)
CONFIDENCE
PRACTICAL
Confidence in your skills and abilities will make you a better player and person. When we are confident in ourselves, we are less afraid of failing and can take on any challenge that comes our way.
SPIRITUAL
Our confidence allows others to see God’s transformation in our lives. Confidence gives us the boldness to share the Gospel with others so they can see how wonderful He is.
(Hebrews 13:6, Acts 4:29)
CONSISTENCY
PRACTICAL
One of the most important things you can do to be great or successful is consistency. Practicing a skill daily will help you accomplish your goals and maximize your full potential in life and sports.
SPIRITUAL
We must be consistent daily in reading our Bible, worshiping, and praying. This is how we grow closer to God and develop our spiritual skills. We can use these skills to further the Gospel and to defend ourselves from the enemy.
(Romans 12:12, Hebrews 13:8)
